Off to Maine

Just a quick update. Tomorrow morning is the Quebec City Staircase Challenge (11km with ~2000 stairs). We're leaving at the crack of dawn, driving to QC City for my race at 8, then continuing on to Maine straight after. I don't know what the Internet situation will be while we're gone so this may be the last update until next Friday or so.
