So it's official....

I'm not participating in the Montreal triathlon tomorrow. I'm extremely disappointed, as I was hoping to PB at this race, given it's favourable terrain. While I could probably finish it, I don't want to risk aggravating the injury or causing permanent damage. I also decided that, given the choice between the Montreal race and the Army Run in Ottawa on the 18th, I would much prefer to do the Army Run. So I see the doctor on Wednesday and hopefully I'll be ready to go for the 18th.
